Dr Kondal Reddy Kandadi MBE has spent much of the last 20 years serving the Greater Manchester Community as a Deputy Vice-Chancellor of one it's reputed state universities and his appreciation of the history and role played by this remarkable British city in innovation and education has inspired the naming of M.G.S.
