Dr. Kondal Reddy Kandadi MBE

Dr Reddy, Founder Chairman of the Manchester Global School, has over 20 years of highly successful experience in the education sector in the United Kingdom (UK). Before returning to India, he served as The Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of Bolton, Greater Manchester, UK. He led the design and implementation of a major academic strategy to transform the institution into a Teaching Intensive Research Informed University, with “success of students” at the core of the approach, catapulting the University of Bolton into the Guardian Top 50 Universities in the UK. In June 2021, he was awarded an Honorary MBE, The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, by Her Majesty The Queen in recognition of his services to Education, Public Health and Industry in the UK.
Dr Reddy holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry, a master's degree in business information technologies from the University of Manchester, and a PhD Degree in Knowledge Management. He earned Global Outstanding Doctorate Award from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) for his research work. He developed significant academic collaborations throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa along with many scholarly accomplishments. He built strategic partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, including research centres, local governments and industry.
His academic expertise encompasses creation and delivery of cutting-edge educational models, quality control measures, teacher training & development programmes, and institutional systems to achieve excellence in student learning and progress. At the University of Bolton, he oversaw significant investments in establishing state-of-the learning infrastructure for engineering, health, management, SVFX, and dental technologies. Dr Reddy's research interests span various fields including Knowledge Management, Business Process Reengineering, e-Business, and Cloud Technologies. He has successfully delivered many research projects in the UK and Europe, and has been involved in various professional bodies, journal reviews, TEDx Talks, and conference presentations.
Dr Reddy has served as the Chairman of the Board at Alliance Learning (UK)and as a Director on the Boards of several other institutions, including the Centre for Opposition Studies, Manchester India Partnership, and Bolton College UK. He is currently serving as a member of the Governing Body of the Apollo University, India. His long-term passions include widening participation in education, inclusive higher education, leadership, entrepreneurial development, and graduate employability in a global context.
Mr. Robert Edward Davies

Mr. Robert Edward Davies
is an accomplished and values-driven educational leader from the North West of England, bringing a truly global perspective to education. A strong foundation in international business, cultural engagement, and a deep commitment to student-centred learning underpin his professional journey.
Mr. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BA Hons) from the University of Huddersfield, with specialisation in Human Resources, Strategy, and International Economics. He further broadened his global outlook through a Certificate in International Business from the University of Southern Denmark and a Diploma in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of Alcalá de Henares, Spain. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Robert’s professional experience across Spain and Latin America fostered a lasting passion for languages, culture, and global citizenship.
After completing his PGCE in Business Education, Mr. Robert progressed rapidly into leadership roles within UK and international schools. As a Subject Leader, he successfully led a large department and coordinated a British Council-supported international enterprise partnership with a school in China. He later served as Assistant Principal in two schools, where he played a key role in improving student outcomes and strengthening teaching and learning practices.
Mr. Robert went on to work as Director of Learning for the Learning Schools Trust in the UK, where he championed personalised learning, student voice, and the effective integration of technology to enhance classroom practice. In addition, he has supported senior leadership teams across the UK and internationally through advisory roles focused on whole-school improvement, curriculum innovation, and strategic educational development.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Robert is a devoted family man with an international outlook and an active member of his community. He enjoys coaching and refereeing football and strongly believes in the power of education to shape confident, compassionate, and future-ready learners. His leadership remains guided by strategic thinking, cultural understanding, and a commitment to providing globally relevant education.
Ms. Ruchi Rawat

Ruchi Rawat has over 15 years of impressive educational background and a diverse portfolio of achievements in school academic leadership and administration. Born and brought up in Delhi, her academic qualifications encompass an M.Phil. in Mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University, B.Ed., M.A. Maths, and B.A. (Hons) in Mathematics from Delhi University. Ruchi has earned many vital certifications, including those in critical thinking, leadership and best practices in teaching and learning, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development.
During her tenure as Headmistress at Amity International School in Delhi, she was pivotal in enhancing the school's educational environment and academic outcomes. Ruchi introduced the Junior Model United Nations and received the prestigious British Council's International School Award. Her impactful leadership led to the establishment of Candiidus International School located in Hyderabad, where the school was granted Cambridge Affiliation. She played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of academic function and overall school operations. Her responsibilities spanned teacher recruitment, faculty meeting planning, training, budgeting, and the development of educational processes to meet curriculum goals.
Ruchi's core strengths lie in her adeptness at effective communication with peers, colleagues, and parents to achieve high quality in teaching, standards, and academic goals. She excels in planning and implementing educational programs for students requiring additional support. Ruchi actively engages with parents and the community to maximise their involvement in school activities and resource development, creating a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Mr. Sudheer R Surasani
Executive Director (Marketing and Admissions)
Sudheer R Surasani, Executive Director (Marketing and Admissions) at Manchester Global School, brings over 20 years of international experience in Business & Web Analytics, Online and Offline marketing. He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from Dhruva College of Management, India.
In his professional journey, Sudheer's accomplishments shine. At NetElixir, he founded the Analytics department, promoting Analytics modules among 80+ existing clients and conducting multiple training courses. His exceptional leadership earned him double promotions in the same year. As General Manager at RR Foods & Feeds, Sudheer oversaw complete business operations, contributing to the company's expansion and doubling of production capacity. During his tenure as Director of Analytics at Teleflora.com, he played a vital role in implementing advanced analytics tools and participated in the prestigious Roll Global Leadership program. His efforts also earned him an Achievement award.
In his current role as Executive Director at Ivolvis SV Infra Pvt. Ltd., Sudheer leads the establishment of Manchester Global School, heading Marketing and Admissions functions, spearheading educational app and website development, and collaborating with external vendors.

Colonel C. Ravindra Reddy
Head of Administration
Colonel C. Ravindra Reddy brings an illustrious 31-year career in the Indian Army to Manchester Global School. With a strong academic foundation in Physics, holding degrees from the University of Mysore, he began a rewarding career in the armed forces.
During his military service, Colonel Reddy played significant roles in prestigious Indian Army training institutions like the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, the National Defence Academy in Pune, and more. He contributed to both administration and educational leadership, helping shape the future leaders of the Indian Army.
Colonel Reddy's service took him to diverse terrains, from Nagaland's jungles to North Sikkim's snow-capped peaks, the insurgency-stricken areas of Jammu & Kashmir in Poonch, and the deserts of Rajasthan in Bikaner. His remarkable journey was complemented by his pursuit of an MPhil in Education, reflecting his commitment to both military excellence and educational growth.
Post-retirement, he established and led a Sainik School under the Telangana State Government in Karimnagar for four years, demonstrating his dedication to nurturing young minds. His extensive experience and dedication to education make him a valuable addition to Manchester Global School, where he now serves as the esteemed Head of Administration, overseeing critical aspects of our educational institution's operations.
